Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your email accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect e-mails from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mailboxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the mail account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
